He is recognized as a talented lecturer in the community, giving shiurim and talks in various Melbourne institutions, and serves as Rosh Beis HaMedrash in Kehillas Shaarei Tefillah. Rabbi Levin is a prominent contributor to several Torah publications and educational forums.
