Shipping & Returns

Most orders placed with us ship within 1-2 business days from our Lakewood, NJ location. We're closed Shabbos and Jewish holidays, so orders placed Friday afternoon through Saturday night will ship on Sunday or the next business day.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

Orders Under $75: A small flat-rate shipping fee applies. We believe in fair pricing, and we never charge exorbitant rates.

International Shipping: We're currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Holiday Shipping

Before major Jewish holidays — Pesach, Shavuos, Sukkos, and Chanukah — we recommend placing your order early to ensure delivery before Yom Tov. We post shipping cutoff dates for each holiday on our site, so check ahead if you're planning a Yom Tov purchase.

Returns

We stand behind our products. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Return Requirements:

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Seforim and books are non-returnable if opened (we respect the nature of these products)
Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost — just let us know

How to Return:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us at (732) 444-3111 or email info@judaicasquare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return address.
