Where are your stores located?

We have two locations, both in Lakewood, NJ:
South Location: 1328 River Ave, Lakewood, NJ
North Location: 1105 E County Line Rd, Lakewood, NJ

What are your store hours?

Both locations share the same hours:
Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: Closed (Shabbos)

Are you open on Yom Tov?

We are closed on all Yomim Tovim. Chol HaMoed may have adjusted hours. Check our website or social media for holiday schedules.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We deliver to Lakewood, Toms River, Jackson, Howell, Brick, and surrounding areas. Local delivery is a flat $7 — no minimum required. Select “Local Delivery” at checkout.

How does local delivery work?

After you place your order and select local delivery, we’ll confirm your delivery details. Our driver delivers locally — delivery is subject to item availability at our stores. If an item is not available locally, we’ll contact you with options.

What areas do you deliver to?

Our local delivery zone covers Lakewood, Toms River, Jackson, Howell, Brick, and nearby communities in the greater Ocean County area. Not sure if you’re in our zone? Just contact us!

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States. Free shipping applies only to U.S. nationwide shipping, not local delivery (which is a flat $7).

Do I need a coupon code for free shipping?

No! Free shipping on orders of $75+ is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Absolutely! Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and choose your preferred Lakewood location (South or North). We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@judaicasquare.com or (732) 444-3111. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?

We’re sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@judaicasquare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate a return.

Do you offer free returns?

No. Customers have two options: (1) bring the return to either of our Lakewood store locations in person, or (2) ship the return back at your own expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Are there items that can’t be returned?

Personalized or custom items, clearance items, and opened food products cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Who is Judaica Square?

Judaica Square is a family-owned Judaica store in Lakewood, NJ, from the Eichler’s Brooklyn family. We carry over 20,000 items including seforim, Jewish books, talleisos, mezuzos, gifts, and everything for Shabbos and Yom Tov.
