At Judaica Square, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

You have two options:

Bring it to the store — drop your return off at either of our Lakewood locations during store hours:
- 1328 River Ave, Lakewood, NJ
- 1105 E County Line Rd, Lakewood, NJ
Ship it back at your own expense — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please contact us at info@judaicasquare.com or (732) 444-3111 before shipping your return so we can provide return instructions and track your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale / clearance items
Opened food or consumable products
Opened seforim and books once used

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.
