Local Delivery (within 20 miles of Lakewood NJ)
- $7 flat local delivery — next business day
- Free local delivery on orders over $75
- Delivery to shuls, schools, and simcha halls for bar/bat mitzvah, chupah, and chanukas habayis gifts
- Order by 2 PM for next-day delivery
National Shipping (United States)
- Free shipping on orders over $75 (UPS or USPS Ground, 3–6 business days)
- Standard shipping under $75: $8.95 flat (3–6 business days)
- Express (2-day): $19.95 flat, any order size
- Overnight (next business day): $34.95 flat, any order size
- Saturday delivery not available — we do not ship on Shabbos
International Shipping
- Canada: $24.95 flat (5–10 business days), free over $150
- Israel: $44.95 flat (7–14 business days), free over $250
- UK, EU, Australia: $54.95 flat (10–21 business days), free over $250
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
Special Items (Sifrei Torah, Arba Minim, Tefillin)
Sefer Torah commissions are coordinated with a Hachnosas Sefer Torah delivery trip. Arba Minim ships overnight with temperature-controlled packaging starting September 25 each year. Tefillin ships insured and signature-required at no extra cost.
Returns
15-day return window (customer pays return shipping — or bring it back to either Lakewood store) on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Non-returnable items (by halacha and hygiene): opened tefillin, personalized / engraved items, kippot after wear, undergarments, arba minim after Sukkot, and any sefer once the plastic is opened. For mezuzah klafim — we offer a free check service instead of returns.
Damaged or Missing Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@judaicasquare.com with your order number and photos. We replace damaged items at no cost, usually same-day.
Shabbos and Yom Tov
We do not process, pack, or ship on Shabbos or Yom Tov. Orders placed Thursday afternoon through Saturday night ship Sunday morning. Orders placed on a chag ship the first weekday after.
