Collection details

A havdalah set keeps the three things you need on Motzei Shabbos together: a cup for the wine or grape juice, a holder for the besamim and a holder for the braided candle, often on a matching tray. This collection has sets and single pieces from Waterdale Collection, Alef To Tav, Feldart, Ner Mitzvah, A&M Judaica, Haus Decor and our own Judaica Square line, in lucite, silver and silver plate, glass and crystal, leather and marble.

Havdalah candles are here too, braided and beeswax, along with besamim boxes and compact travel designs. If you already have a kiddush cup you love, a besamim holder and candle holder on their own will complete the set. Each listing says exactly which pieces are included.

FAQs

What do I need for havdalah?

On Motzei Shabbos: a cup of wine or grape juice, besamim (spices), and a candle with more than one wick. A havdalah set holds all three.

Why does a havdalah candle have several wicks?

The bracha over the flame, borei me'orei ha'eish, uses the plural, so a candle with more than one wick is used.

Are candles included with a set?

Some sets include one. Check the listing. Havdalah candles are also sold separately.
