Lighting with olive oil is the preferred way to fulfill the mitzvah, and this is the version that does not involve a jug, a funnel, and a roll of paper towels. Each tealight is a sealed cup of olive oil with the wick already set, ready to go straight into a menorah cup or holder.
Ner Mitzvah rates these at about four and a half hours of burn, well past the half-hour a Chanukah light needs and long enough to stay lit through a Friday night meal. The flame sits low and steady in the cup, which is a relief in a house with a drafty window or curious toddlers.
Forty cups is enough for a full eight nights on one menorah with a reserve, and the empties pull out cleanly once cool, so there is no scraping wax or rinsing oil out of glass inserts afterwards.
