Description
Chanukah Candle Making Set
Instead of buying the candles, the children make them. This Izzy 'n' Dizzy kit turns candle-making into the afternoon activity, and the results go straight onto the menorah that night — which is why it holds a child's attention far longer than a coloring book does.
It suits a Chanukah party table, a school project, or a long Sunday of Chol HaMoed-style boredom in the middle of the eight days. Older children can work independently; younger ones will want an adult nearby for the shaping and finishing.
Because every candle comes out slightly different, it also solves the sibling problem — each child ends up with candles that are unmistakably theirs.
