Two measuring cups and a ruler in one set, covering the two ways shiurim are usually reached at home: by volume for a revi'is of wine or grape juice, and by length for the measurements that come up around a sukkah, a mezuzah's placement, or anything else specified in tefachim and amos.
Two cups rather than one means you can pour a full shiur and a rov shiur side by side, or set up two people at the Seder table at once without washing between them.
Keep the set with the Pesach dishes and it is where you need it on the night it matters; the ruler earns its keep the rest of the year around Sukkos.
