Description
Most children don't have the brain power of R' Chaim Kanievsky, the focus of R' Elyashiv or the chesed filled heart of R' Aryeh Levine. But if being a gadol means using the talents you have to serve Hashem, learn Torah and help Am Yisrael, any child can grow.
Rabbi Yerachmiel Garfield brings stories of gedolim as children with pictures, sidebars, fun facts and life lessons: R' Nosson Tzvi Finkel on a little brother's tantrum, the Netziv on a hard Chumash test, and R' Ovadia Yosef on boredom in class.
