The #2006 design executed in white velvet. Velvet in white is a Yom Tov and simcha material rather than an everyday one — the nap catches light across the face of the pouch, and the colour puts it firmly in the category of things brought out for a chuppah or for the Yomim Noraim rather than for an ordinary Tuesday morning.
The pouch measures roughly 8 by 8 inches, the standard square for a rolled gartel. White in particular benefits from a gartel having a bag of its own: a white gartel loose among dark leather and dark velvet picks up marks quickly, and a white velvet pouch keeps it separated from everything else being carried.
The obvious buyer is a chosson. A white gartel, a white kittel and a white tallis all come out for the same days, and a white velvet pouch belongs to that group. Design #2006 also runs in the tallis and tefillin bags, so a full white set can be built around the same number rather than assembled from whatever matches closely.
