Description
The Bear Plaid Kippah is a four-panel tartan yarmulke with an embroidered teddy bear, offered in 11 sizes (dome 1 to 6, 16, 18 and 20cm flat, and 16 and 18cm flat with clips) at $9.99. The fabric is a dark tartan in bottle green and navy, crossed by thin red and tan lines. Centred on the front stands a detailed stitched bear dressed like a prep-school boy: brown blazer, navy sweater vest, tie, tan trousers, brown shoes, and a small white kippah on his head. - Active kids who need a flat cut with clips
Not the right choice if
- A plain dark kippah dress code
- Hot summer days if you prefer linen or mesh
- Someone who wants the bear only; the plaid is busy behind it
- A large dome size 7 or up; domes stop at 6
Why customers choose it
Character kippot often look babyish on anyone over five. This bear is drawn and dressed like a small gentleman, in a blazer, vest and tie with his own kippah, and he sits on a dark green and navy tartan that would look at home on a school uniform. That combination lets a toddler and a ten-year-old both wear it happily. The long size list, with flat cuts and clip versions, makes it easy to fit the whole family.
