Kippah Clips, iKlips by iKippah 2-Pack for Yarmulke

iKlips by iKippah is a pack of two black kippah clips, sold in one size at $9.99. Each clip is a small black snap comb with fine teeth, fixed to a black fabric tab printed with the iKIPPAH name in white. They come on a retail card, both clips in a clear sleeve under a navy header, and are worn fixed inside a flat kippah, one on each side of the lining, which is how they keep the kippah from sliding off. Sold by Judaica Square, shipping from Lakewood, NJ.

How this compares

Best for

• Boys whose kippah falls off at recess or on the bus
• Men with short or fine hair where a bobby pin slips
• Upsherin boys wearing a kippah for the first time
• Anyone who dislikes metal bobby pins showing

Not the right choice if

• You need a whole kippah; this pack contains clips only
• You want clip loops already sewn in; choose a kippah in a clip size instead
• Very long hair, where a classic hair clip may grip better
• You need more than two clips; each pack holds two

Why customers choose it

A kippah that keeps falling off is one of the most common complaints from parents of young boys. iKlips solves it with two small comb clips that sit inside the kippah and grip the hair on either side, the way hair extensions attach. Because each clip is on a black tab with the iKIPPAH logo, they look tidy inside the lining rather than improvised. They are a small, low-cost fix that turns any favourite kippah into one that stays on.

Size guide

Sizing is guidance, not a promise — heads vary. When you are between two sizes, the larger one sits better.

Frequently asked questions

How many kippah clips come in a pack?
Two. The retail card holds a pair of black snap-comb clips on iKIPPAH-branded fabric tabs.

How do the clips attach to a kippah?
The tabs sit inside the lining of the kippah, one on each side, so the comb teeth meet the hair. If you would like help fitting them, ask us and we will talk you through it.

Will these fit any kippah?
They are made by iKippah for its own kippot and sit neatly inside a flat such as an 18 cm cut. Most fabric kippot have room for two small tabs inside.

Are they good for kids who run around?
Yes, that is what they are for. The comb teeth grip the hair so the kippah stays in place during play.

What colour are the clips?
The clips and tabs are black, so they stay discreet inside dark or light kippot.
