A nickel-plated holder cut for mini tealights specifically, not the standard size. Mini cups rattle around in a regular holder and sit at an angle; in one made to their diameter they seat properly and burn level, which is what keeps the flame steady and the wax from pooling to one side.
The nickel plating gives it a bright finish that suits a Shabbos table or a menorah setup, and it wipes clean once the used cup is lifted out. Small enough to line several up along a windowsill without taking over the surface.
