Description
Rav Yisroel Belsky was always teaching Torah, in the classroom, on a hike through a forest or looking at the stars. If a boy had a problem, or a man needed a job or a loan, they turned to him.
He was a rosh yeshivah, av beis din and posek, and a caring, compassionate Jew. His granddaughter Etti Goldstein paints his portrait for young readers.
