The Story of Reb Dovid Feinstein Libby Lazewnik (Hardcover, ArtScroll)

Meet the gadol who answered the hardest halachic questions in the world… and still stopped to smile at children playing in the park.

The quiet son of the world-renowned posek Rav Moshe Feinstein, Reb Dovid Feinstein became one of the greatest Torah leaders of his generation, while still making time for children, family, his many talmidim ... and every Yid who needed his help.

This inspiring biography is filled with fascinating stories, remarkable Torah wisdom, and heartwarming lessons about responsibility, emunah, ahavas Yisrael, and the power of making others feel important. Reb Dovid sat quietly in the back of the beis medrash… and people from around the world came to him for answers, advice, and berachos.

“If you have the privilege of learning Torah,” Reb Dovid Feinstein taught his talmidim, “you must be pleasant to others. You must give them a good feeling about Torah.”

And that’s exactly how Reb Dovid Feinstein lived — with incredible love of Torah, unbelievable kindness to others, and a warm smile for every person he met.

Everyone who had any connection with Reb Dovid admired and loved him. And when you meet him in the pages of this book you, too, will admire and love this humble and friendly gadol b’Torah.
