This is the custom-order haggadah cover in design #680. Nothing about it is pre-built; the cover is made up once the order is placed, in the #680 embroidery that Malchut runs across its Pesach and Shabbos pieces. That is the reason to order a custom number rather than a stock cover — the design is one you can keep extending instead of a one-off you will never find a match for.
The one thing to specify is the Type: Mesivta for men or Meiros for women. Those are the two cuts the custom line is made in, and the difference is real rather than cosmetic, since a man's haggadah and a woman's are not the same volume. Families ordering for a whole table often take a Mesivta for the seder leader and a Meiros for his wife, then add to the number over the following years.
The matching range for #680 covers the matzah cover for the same seder and the challah cover and challah board for the rest of the year. A haggadah cover and a challah board in one design is a strong wedding present, since one gets used two nights a year and the other every single Shabbos.
