Description
#900 made up as a custom haggadah cover. The custom line is built to order, so the design number rather than a stock colour is what you are buying into, and the #900 embroidery is carried identically across every piece produced to that number. It is a more considered purchase than an off-the-shelf cover and it behaves differently over time, because the number stays available to build on.
At the order you specify the Mesivta cut for men or the Meiros cut for women. The Mesivta is the heavier of the two and is the cover for the haggadah the seder is run from, which takes the most abuse of any sefer in the house on those nights. The Meiros is sized for a woman's own haggadah. Nothing else needs deciding.
Two other things are made in #900: a matzah cover, and the tallis and tefillin bag line. The tallis bag connection is the one worth thinking about for a bar mitzvah bochur or a chosson, since it means the bag he carries every morning and the haggadah cover he uses at the seder can be ordered in one design rather than assembled from whatever happened to look close.
