Both. The ground is black and it is covered with dense silver and white flecks, so it looks dark from afar and silvery up close.
What does Polished Silver describe?
The look of the fabric: a bright metallic silver sheen woven into the brocade, like freshly polished silverware. It has nothing to do with Poland.
What sizes are available?
