Description
Brown leather, 4" x 3.5", pocket size. This is the most neutral of the finishes design #1557 is made in — brown leather goes with nearly any bag and does not draw attention to itself, which is generally what you want from something that lives inside the tefillin bag rather than on display.
It does one job. Every morning, once the shel rosh is on, you want to know that it is sitting centred between the eyes and that the knot has not slipped down the back of the head. A small mirror answers that immediately. At this size it fits the inner pocket of most tallis and tefillin bags and travels without adding weight or bulk to what you are already carrying.
