The small cup is the economical end of the Ohr Lights range and the one that fits narrow menorah holders that a large candle will not sit in. Roughly an hour and a half of burn clears the halachic minimum of a half hour past nightfall with room to spare.
Ner Mitzvah makes and ships these as an Original OEM product, straight from the factory. The box holds 44 pre-filled candles, the exact count for eight nights with a shamash each night, and nothing needs to be poured or threaded — the wick is set in the oil already.
The free travel kit that comes with it holds matches, a shamash candle, a brochos card and nine rubber bases, which let a candle be lit on a flat surface with no menorah at all. Handy for a child taking a set to yeshiva.
