Antique Leather Haggadah Cover, Kaftor for Women, White #850

White antique leather worked to design #850, in the women's Kaftor cut. The design is the same one Malchut runs across a full Pesach table, and white is the shade that shows it with the most contrast — the pattern sits clearly against a pale ground instead of sinking into a darker leather the way it does in camel.

There is one version and nothing to select. The Kaftor is the shape sized for a woman's haggadah, and this is the cover for someone who reads from her own rather than following along on her husband's. It takes the two nights of use that would otherwise wear the binding, and it means the sefer can be handed on in decent condition rather than replaced.
