Candle Sharpener
Candle cups are not standardized and candles are not either, which is how you end up on Erev Shabbos with a candle that will not go into the holder. This sharpener solves it the way a pencil sharpener does: insert the candle, twist, and the base is shaved down to size.
A few turns is usually enough. The candle then seats fully in the cup and stands straight instead of wedging in halfway and leaning as it burns.
It works on Shabbos and Yom Tov candles, Chanukah candles and havdalah tapers alike, so one of these in the drawer covers every candle in the house.
