Custom work in design #690, made up as a haggadah cover. The custom range is the top of this category: the piece is produced against your order in the #690 embroidery rather than selected from what has already been sewn, and the number carries through the rest of the Malchut Pesach and Shabbos line so it can be matched later without guesswork.
Type is the only choice — the Mesivta cover, which is the men's cut, or the Meiros cover, which is the women's. Think about who actually holds the haggadah at your table. A man leading the seder has his open in front of him for hours and wants the Mesivta; a woman reading from her own copy at her own place wants the Meiros. Ordering both is normal when the cover is a gift to a couple rather than to a person.
#690 is also made as a challah cover, on a challah board, and as a matzah cover. The matzah cover is the closest companion for the seder itself, but the challah pieces are what carry the design through the other fifty-one weeks, which is usually the better argument for choosing this number over another.
