Description
A siddur and Tehillim cover produced in design #1230, matched to the tallis and tefillin bags carrying that number. The embroidery, the material and the colour are the same across the pieces; only the scale changes to suit a smaller sefer.
The choice worth thinking about is whether to do one cover or two. Some people cover the siddur only, since that is the sefer travelling back and forth daily. Others do the Tehillim as well, because a Tehillim ends up in more places — a hospital, a car, a shul on a fast day — and takes rougher treatment than a siddur ever does. A pair of matched covers beside a matched bag is the complete version of this.
#1230 is carried on tallis and tefillin bags, so nothing here is approximated. Made-to-order pieces need production time, which matters when there is a date attached — a bar mitzvah, a chasunah, the start of a zman. Decide early and the whole set arrives together.
