Description
The Bear Wearing Jewish Star Kippah in navy linen is a four-panel yarmulke for men and boys with a colour-embroidered bear, offered in 9 sizes at $9.99. The smiling bear wears a small navy kippah, a blue sweater with a white Star of David on the chest under a bright blue blazer, khaki trousers and brown shoes, and stands with his hands in his pockets. The navy linen shows a fine, even weave, and the edge is bound in matching navy. Sold by Judaica Square, shipping from Lakewood, NJ.

How this compares
| Kippah | Material | Season / weight | Formality | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jewish Star Bear – Navy Linen (this one) | Linen | Spring to autumn | Smart casual | A preppy motif on dark navy |
| Bear Wearing Jewish Star Kippah – Linen Olive Yarmulke | Linen | Spring to autumn | Smart casual | The same bear on olive green linen |
| Grandpa Bear Kippah – Navy Linen Yarmulke | Linen | Spring to autumn | Casual | A different bear character on navy linen |
Best for
- Boys who like cute but not babyish designs
- A preppy look with a blazer or sweater
- Matching a father and son in navy
- Summer and transitional weather, as linen breathes
Not the right choice if
- A formal black-kippah setting
- A plain, motif-free kippah
- A size 7 or 22 cm flat
- A bright or summery colour; navy keeps the look dark
Why customers choose it
The bear is dressed like a smart young man, with a Star of David sweater that gives the design its Jewish identity. On dark navy linen the tan, blue and white embroidery stands out without looking loud. It is equally at home on a child and on an adult who enjoys a light-hearted motif.
