Description
The Gray Linen Kippah with Sea Green Rim is a four-panel linen yarmulke for men and boys, sold in 9 sizes at $9.99. The crown is much darker than most grey linens, a near-charcoal slate, with a fine visible weave. The rim is a greyed sea green, soft and slightly silvery. Because the crown is dark but not black, the green edge looks gentler here than on the black linen version. Sold by Judaica Square, shipping from Lakewood, NJ.

- You want a bright green
- You need a size 7
Why customers choose it
Slate is a colour that looks almost black indoors and reveals its grey in daylight, and a sea green edge suits it well because both are cool and muted. The pairing is quiet enough for shul and interesting enough to be noticed up close. It is a considered alternative to the black-and-green version for someone who finds pure black too stark.

Frequently asked questions
How dark is the gray crown?
Quite dark: a charcoal slate linen that looks near-black indoors and greyer in daylight.
How green is the rim on the slate version?
A soft, greyed green with a silvery cast, close to sage.
How does it compare with the black linen with sea green rim?
Same idea, different base. The black version is sharper; this slate one is softer.
Which flat sizes are in the slate and sea green?
16, 18 and 20 cm, plus round sizes 1 to 6.
Is it suitable for Shabbos?
For many people, yes. It reads as a dark kippah with a muted edge.
