What you get is the full four piece setting. The matzah cover holds the matzos through Kadesh, Yachatz and Maggid; the afikomen bag takes the middle matzah once it is broken and gets hidden, found and negotiated over; the pillow case goes over the pillow you lean on; and the hand towel is there for urchatz and rachtzah.
