Description
The 65/35 poly-cotton blend in boys sizes 2 through 7, round neck, one hole per corner, with meyuchad strings tied on. Permanent press is the whole argument for putting a child in this blend: it goes through the wash, comes out flat and needs no iron, which on a garment a boy wears every single day is worth more than it sounds.
The kids poly-cotton comes only in the round neck with one hole, and the machine-tied meyuchad strings that come with it are made for the single hole — so there is nothing to configure. Pick a size and it arrives ready to put on him.
Sizes 2 and 3 are the upsherin sizes, the first begadim a boy owns. From 4 up they are being worn to cheder and back and washed constantly, and the blend handles that at a price that lets you keep two or three in the current size on hand. With a boy this age you can expect to lose one, tear one, and outgrow the third, usually in that order.
