Description
White patent leather with a crocodile grain, finished with a magnetic flap that folds across the open edge. Of the three colours this pocket siddur comes in, white is the dressiest and the one that reads clearly as a gift the moment it is unwrapped. The page block measures 3.75 by 5 inches, so it fits a small handbag or an inside pocket without bulk.
The contents are Shabbos and weekday tefillos together with Tehillim, which makes it a complete siddur rather than a Shabbos-only booklet. A wristband is attached for walking with it. Nusach is chosen when you order — Ashkenaz, Sefard or Eduth Mizrach.
A single English or Hebrew letter can be added to the cover, and on the white the lettering shows far better than it does on the black or crimson versions of the same siddur. That is why this one gets bought for a kallah, for a bas mitzvah, or in a small quantity for a sheva brachos table where each guest goes home with her own initial.
