A one-day candle of 100% yellow beeswax standing approximately 25 inches tall — the tall shul candle, the one that is still burning when you come back for Neilah. The extra height is the whole point: it carries the flame through Kol Nidrei, the night, and the entire fast day without attention.
Yellow beeswax burns slower and steadier than paraffin and gives off the mild, honey-like scent of natural wax. At this height the candle needs a proper stand; the metal Yom Kippur candle holder with a center spike is made for it and is listed separately.
