Yom Kippur Candle, White
A one-day candle poured from 100% white beeswax, approximately 14 inches tall. Fourteen inches is the practical height for a home table or a shul ledge where the 25-inch candle is simply too tall — it still carries the flame from before Kol Nidrei through the end of the fast.
White beeswax gives a paler, cleaner-looking candle than the traditional yellow, which some people prefer for a table set for erev Yom Kippur. It burns with the same slow, low-smoke flame that beeswax is chosen for.
