Description
L'kovod Shabbos Kodesh is embroidered across the center of this mini medallion design, with crushed velvet neatly inserted into each medallion frame so the pattern alternates between the brocade ground and the deeper velvet insets. Genuine Swarovski crystals are set through it with restraint — enough to catch light, not enough to take over a design already doing something interesting with fabric.
Sizes run small at 14.5x17.5, medium at 15.5x19.5 and large at 19.5x23.5. The repeating medallions mean the pattern scales cleanly: on the small it reads as a tight, detailed field, while on the large the frames have room and the embroidered words in the center sit with more air around them.
The same 537 design is made as a matzah cover, so the medallion frames carry over to the Seder table. If you prefer the design on a darker ground, it is also produced in navy velvet, and the two versions look genuinely different from each other rather than like one cover in another color.
