What's the difference between the Artscroll Stone Edition and a regular Artscroll Chumash?

The Stone Edition (named for donor Irving I. Stone) is the flagship — full Hebrew text, English translation, Rashi, and anthologized commentary in the footnotes. Artscroll also publishes a standalone Bereishis-through-Devarim with Targum and just Rashi (no English commentary), plus smaller-format travel and school editions.

Which edition is best for a bar mitzvah gift?
