Description
This holder measures 9.5 by 9.5 inches, a square in clear lucite that comes with eight zemiros printed on both sides. The larger square footprint gives it real presence at the head of the table, and the trim is yours to choose: gold or silver, depending on what the rest of the table is set in.
Two decisions on the way through. First the trim colour, then the nusach, Ashkenaz or Eduth Mizrach, which applies to all eight booklets in the set. Eight covers a family with a few guests, and the double-sided printing keeps each booklet thin enough that the eight seat neatly in the holder rather than bowing it open.
Design #201 belongs to the wider lucite line, so it can be matched against other lucite pieces and against Chanukah items worked in the same clear-and-metal vocabulary. For a table that already runs to lucite, a lucite challah board or a lucite tray, this keeps the zemiros from being the one thing at the setting that breaks the look.
