Zemiros Shabbos Sharei Malchus White PU Soft Cover #228

The white edition of the Sharei Malchus soft cover, 96 pages at 4.5 by 6.25 inches, in white PU with the same square embossed design worked into the face and silver stamping along the spine. On white, the embossing reads as shadow rather than as contrast, which is a considerably quieter effect than it has in brown.

Choose Ashkenaz or Eduth Mizrach. Inside, it runs candle lighting and kiddush through the zemiros of both seudos, seder havdalah, birchas hamazon, sheva brachos and al hamichya, and closes with songs that are not specific to Shabbos. It is a complete volume rather than a selection, which is why it holds up as the only sefer at a place setting.

White is the quantity colour. A sheva brachos or a chasunah table laid in white and silver takes these by the dozen and they look like part of the setting, where a brown soft cover always looks like it belongs to somebody in particular. PU also handles a hall better than paper does, and booklets come back from an event usable rather than creased.
