A heart is cut from the palm of this hamsa, leaving an open window through the patchwork of abalone shell.
Balinese artisans handcraft it in sterling silver, and because the abalone varies from piece to piece, no two are exactly alike. It is sold with an 18-inch light snake sterling silver chain and a gift box, with 16 and 20-inch lengths available.
