Description
Shadow of Jerusalem by Alex Levin follows a lone figure in black walking through a long, arched stone passage of the Old City, sunlight falling in patches on the cobblestones. The tall, quiet composition suits a study, a hallway or a shul office.
Alex Levin, the Kiev-born artist who later made his home in Israel, is known for paintings that blend realism with a dreamlike, surreal touch. Printed on crystal-clear Lucite for a floating painted effect, the piece is made to order and can include a logo or personalization.
