Paraffin is the economical choice and burns bright and steady, which is genuinely useful when you are checking the back of a cabinet or under a radiator. If the price difference decides it for you, this is the version to take; if your minhag or preference is beeswax, Ner Mitzvah packs an otherwise identical set with a beeswax candle.
