Description
A silver-plated besamim holder with a round, filigree-textured body on a turned baluster stem and textured foot. The lid rises to a slim spire topped with a small engraved flag. It holds the fragrant spices smelled during Havdalah at the close of Shabbos. After the blessing over spices, the holder is passed around so each person can smell the besamim.
A traditional piece for a Havdalah set, and a fitting gift for a new home or chassan.
