Description
A silver acrylic mezuzah case worked over with rhinestones, repurposed jewelry, beads and mixed metal, built around one sea creature at a time: dolphin, frog, lizard, seahorse or starfish. The jewelry came off older pieces, so the stones and findings on any given case are whatever the artist had in hand that day.
It brings some shine to a hallway or a beach house doorframe, and it makes a good bat mitzvah or wedding gift for someone who likes their Judaica with a little glitter. No two are alike.
