Description
Two things most people want next to the bed on Shabbos are a light they can open and close and an alarm that will not need a button pushed. This bundle puts both in one order: one KosherLamp® MAX and one KosherClock™ V3, each in the color you pick from the menus.
The lamp
The KosherLamp MAX is switched on before Shabbos. After that you turn its separate outer shade to uncover the light window for reading or cover it for sleep. It stands 12 inches tall and comes with a 9 watt, 800 lumen LED bulb.
The clock
The KosherClock V3 holds 10 alarms, each set for a time and a day of the week. Its outer sleeve rotates into three positions: weekday, with every button reachable; Shabbos, with the screen showing and the buttons blocked; and travel, with everything covered. On Shabbos an alarm stops on its own after one minute.
- Kosher Innovations notes that batteries, time and alarms must be set before Shabbos, and that poskim differ on the recorded alarm sound. Ask your rabbi.
- Sold separately: KosherClock V3 in black or white, and the KosherLamp MAX on its own.
Also consider EZglow, our own Shabbos lamp.
