Dirshu Shulchan Aruch - Yoreh De'ah, Vol. 9
Siman 270-321
Includes Hilchos Sefer Torah, Mezuzah, Shiluach Haken, Chadash, Arlah, Kilayim, and Bechoros
The Dirshu Shulchan Aruch follows the format and style of the acclaimed and hugely popular Dirshu Mishnah Berurah. One side of the page features a crisp, clear page of Shulchan Aruch text (Machon Yerushalayim). The facing page contains two sections:
L'asukei Shma'atsa: Explanations, sources, background, and further elucidation of the halachos found in the Shulchan Aruch and its commentaries. This is an aid for in-depth study of the text.
Aliba d'Hilchesa: Piskei halachah from gedolei haposkim, halachah l'ma'aseh regarding practical, daily situations related to the halachos in the Shulchan Aruch.
The sefer contains a detailed Maftei'ach of the entire Shulchan Aruch and Rema, and the halachos found in the musafim and biurim. This index is an extremely valuable feature of the Dirshu Shulchan Aruch, and is an asset that belongs in every Jewish home.
