A Novel
Rav Elimelech Mintzer, an elderly Yerushalmi Yid, passes away and his Jerusalem apartment becomes the center of a family feud. The nonprofit set up from the proceeds of its sale seems like the perfect solution. Until it becomes a trap…
A car accident takes the life of Frummie Mintzer, the wife of Rav Mintzer’s grandson Mendy. Soon Mendy finds himself battling an octopus whose tentacles begin in Jerusalem and reach Ukraine, Poland, and England.
Rav Avraham Litishboim, a dayan and halachic arbitrator, is investigating a plot swindling investors out of huge sums.
Will he bring the guilty parties to justice or lose even more than the victims?
