Final Judgment Yisroel Mayer Merkin (Hardcover, ArtScroll)

He's on Death Row. He's mean. He's dangerous.

And he just happens to be a Jew who deserves to be saved.

Coby Rosen knows what it is to destroy lives - his own and those of the people he loves most. Years before, he'd caused an unimaginable tragedy, and now, in his search for atonement, he is a man on a mission: reaching out to Jews behind bars.

Coby had visited many prisoners, nothing had prepared him for Gunther Yates. A jury had found Yates guilty of murdering young Melanie Evans in cold blood, and he's spent almost two decades on death row, as appeal after appeal was rejected.

Now, with only thirty days left before his execution, Gunther Yates needs Coby's help - and the help of Coby's brother-in-law, Shea Berman, an attorney struggling to build his law practice.

Reluctant at first, Shea agrees to meet with Gunther. During their conversation a realization surfaces, a realization that cannot be ignored: What if Gunther is innocent? If so - who murdered Melanie Evans? And will he be in time to save a fellow Jew?

Final Judgment is an action-packed, gripping legal thriller that takes us into the world of politics, finance, and the justice system. At the same time it is also a novel of repentance and redemption, carrying within it the luminous truth that no matter how far a Jew strays, he can find his way back.

By the author of the popular Fatal Judgment, this is an action-packed page turner that you will not be able to put down until the final shocking judgment is revealed.
