Description
The size 5.5 Gifluchten atarah, a wider band of white fabric embroidered with light silver-white braided threads in a tone-on-tone look. Raised paisley, leaf and rosette shapes sit inside a scalloped border that follows the pointed end. It is sewn onto the neckline of a tallis to mark the top edge, where it shows clearly whenever the tallis is worn over the head or shoulders.
The wider size suits a full-size tallis.
