Goddess Tree of Life Seder Plate Hand-Painted Hardwood

Branches and roots of the goddess tree of life reach toward the rim of this Seder plate, brushed on in strong color over hardwood that measures 12 inches across. Wooden feet hold the plate up off the cloth.

The glass bowls that accompany it are etched by item, which keeps the maror and the charoses in their own places once everything is filled. A design with this much branching detail is never brushed the same way twice, which is what comes of painting one plate at a time.
