Inspirational Stories of Bravery, Resilience, and Trust in Hashem

Includes Section on World Indifference, Nazi Hunting, and War Crimes Trials

Heroes come in many forms. During and after the Holocaust, while the world bore witness to atrocities executed by the most depraved and villainous of men, there were also many glimpses of dazzling acts of courage and beauty, performed by the most heroic among us.

This book tells the stories of these heroes.

Inspirational stories such as these need no embellishment. Just their bare, true facts are enough to teach extraordinary lessons: things like the incredible resilience of everyday Jews in the face of impossible odds; the courage of a Torah Jew to perform mitzvos under the worst circumstances; the selflessness to risk one's life in order to perform chessed for others in dire need; and much more.

There were heroes who risked their lives to alert the world to the genocide taking place in Europe; others, who fought against the indifference of governmental agencies and "the establishment." Some felt it their duty to bring justice to Nazi perpetrators; others, to stand up against Holocaust deniers.

Read about the many faces of heroism during this tragic time period in our history.
