Hamsa and Star of David Jewish Ornaments Hand Painted Stained Wood

Small hanging decorations cut from wood, stained rather than painted so the grain still shows, and finished with strings of beads and crystals below. The stars run about an inch across before the beadwork, the hamsas about two inches.

They hang on a lamp, a window latch, a bookcase or a doorknob, and at ten dollars they work as a small gift for a child or something to add to a housewarming basket. Stain takes differently on each piece of wood, and the bead strands are strung by hand, so the drops are not uniform.
