Description
The #200 marble border with the benchers printed on both faces — eight panels, 9.5 by 9.5, the veined border framing text on each side rather than on one. Printing both sides is the practical version of this design: fewer turns during bentschen and a larger point size, at the cost of the fully open clear centre the transparent version has. Gold or silver runs in the border.
Nusach is set for the whole set, Ashkenaz or Eduth Mizrach. Eight is enough for a family table with guests, and at 9.5 inches square the cards are big enough that somebody at the far end is not straining. Lucite handles what a Shabbos table does to paper — wine, grape juice, a child's hands straight off the challah — and goes back to clear with a wipe.
Tallis and tefillin bags are made in the #200 marble design as well. Ordering the bag and the benchers under one design number is the reason a lot of families settle on this number rather than a plain border.
